Sheriff's Office, Aug. 31, charged with one count of sexual battery on a person 18 years
old or older (without consent, physical force or physical violence); and 2 counts of sexual
battery of a person under the age of 18 (while in a position of authority with the child, a first-
degree felony). His bond was set at none. The report stated that the charges were related to
the abuse of the same person, at different times, from several years previously. The report
stated that Calder was emotional and stated he has a sickness, but said nothing further about
the accusations. His bond was set at none.
