earlier in the day, and returned to the store later.
Raymond Michael Ciccone, 42, Crystal River, was arrested by the Citrus County
Sheriff's Office, Aug. 30, charged with hindering, delaying or preventing communication to
a law enforcement officer or judge, information relating to an offense or violation of proba-
tion (no bond) and felony battery - committing battery with one prior conviction for battery
(no bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County warrant for felony battery - committing

Rick Layne DeTavernier, 49, 9639 N. Misty Janell Ter., Crystal River, was arrested
by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Aug. 30, charged with petit theft of $100 or more,

fare of $109.94, plus an additional $3.91 for pack of cigarettes (total loss of $113.85) to a
