His bond was set at $1,000. He's accused of punching the victim in the face and choking the

victim to the point that his airway was constricted. The incident occurred in Beverly Hills.

The report stated that the victim had numerous scratches to his face and neck, a bloody nose,



facial swelling and dried blood on his shirt and jeans. The victim told deputies that Parks



confronted him at the Kangaroo gas station regarding a girl. Two witnesses saw part of the

confrontation, but not the injuries being inflicted. However, Parks volunteered that law en-



forcement was there because he beat the victim, according to the arrest affidavit.

Timothy Michael Pearson, 29, Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County



Sheriff's Office, Sept. 17, charged with criminal mischief of $200 or less ($500 bond), do-



mestic battery (no bond) and burglary of an occupied residence ($15,000 bond).

Dennis Anthony Perry-Francis, 24, 64 S. Harrison St., Beverly Hills, was arrested



by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 17, charged with fleeing or eluding a law en-

forcement officer (bond $5,000). The report stated that Perry-Francis was speeding in a

vehicle and passed the patrol deputy at a high rate of speed. The deputy took off in pursuit of


