WHO is responsible for insuring storm water is properly dealt with, within the City Limits
of Inglis? Drainage ditches-that are in the right of way & not the responsibility of the home

We have 10-12 miles of paved streets and roads in Inglis that
in decades. If one walks our streets it is clear that they are showing signs of cracking and
crumbling. Many are in poor condition.
