Donna Dee Morton, 56, 19949 SE 110th Ave., Inglis, was arrested by the Levy
County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 5, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or

drugs (no bond). The arrest report stated that a deputy was dispatched to the area of the Yan-

keetown boat ramp due to a reckless driver. The deputy followed Morton, who matched the
description of the suspected driver, and she drove in an erratic manner. The deputy made a

traffic stop on the vehicle Morton was driving, and she smelled of alcohol, according to the
report, but she denied having consumed alcohol. She agreed to perform roadside sobriety

testing, and performed poorly. She was taken into custody. At the Levy County Detention

Facility, Morton's breath alcohol level was measured twice at 0.310 (the legal limit is 0.08).
Timothy Robert Sewell, 52, 740 N. Charles Ave., Inverness, was arrested by the

Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 8, charged with felony grand theft of $300 or more,
but less than $5,000. The report stated, that on Aug. 30, the customer service manager at
