ManAlliance Dairy owners contacted LCSO afterof Cattle Feed
Arrested for Theft discovering approximately $18,000
of cattle feed and other feed products had been stolen over a period of months. Dairy owners
suspected James Jones (45), an employee of 6 months, was responsible for the theft after
conducting an internal inquiry.
LCSO investigators conducted surveillance on Saturday night September 10 and
into the early morning hours of September 11. Investigators observed Jones operating a
front end loader as he dumped several loads of feed into his waiting truck and trailer. Jones
was stopped by deputies after he left the property. Investigators discovered the high quality
cattle feed in Jones' trailer covered by a tarp.
