and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her total bond was set at $3,000. The report stated
that deputies were dispatched to a W. Oaklawn, Homosassa residence due to a burglary in
progress. The homeowner contacted the sheriff's office to let them know she'd not given
permission for three people to come inside the home. Whelan was found to be in possession
of 1.0 gram methamphetamine, a pipe and another handmade pipe.
Philip Henry Davis, Jr., 42, 4936 S. Pheasant Way, Floral City, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Aug. 26, charged with possesion of a controlled substance
and possession of drug paraphernalia. His total bond was set at $3,000. The arrest report
stated that the arrest came as the result of a complaint made by a relative, that Davis has
been smoking methamphetamine and other drugs, exhibiting violent behavior to the point
that the relative is afraid of him and making threats. The relative allowed deputies inside
the residence. Davis mumbled, chanted and made statements that made no sense, the report
stated. Davis was found to be in possession of 0.2 gram methamphetamine and two smoking
pipes.
Robert Fred Blair, 59, 7069 S. Threshold Pt., Homosassa, was arrested by the Cit-
rus County Sheriff's Office, Aug. 26, charged with cultivation of cannabis, a controlled
substance. According to the arrest report, an argument ensued at Blair's residence between
Blair and another person who contacted deputies, and when Blair learned that deputies were
enroute to his home, he allegedly went into the back yard, pulled up a cannabis plant and
threw it into the woods behind the pool. When deputies looked over the area, they told Blair
