Richard Clarence Miller, IV, 21, Panama City Beach, FL, was arrested by the Cit-
rus County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 2, charged with possession of a controlled substance and

driving while license suspended or revoked (knowingly, first offense). His total bond was

set at $3,000. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop in Homosassa for a driver's license
      
check, as the deputy recognized him and verified through the AEGIS system that he had no
current valid license. After gassing up the vehicle, the other driver drove away, but deputies
      
(and surveillance at the gas station) had already seen Miller driving earlier. He was also

found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
   
Jason Michael Pounders, Sr., 3442 E. Deer Run Ln., Hernando, was arrested by
the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 2, on a Citrus County warrant for parent failing to

require that a minor student attend school. His bond was set at $500.
Kyle William Allen, 30, Dunnellon, was arrested by the Williston Police Depart-

ment, Sept. 3, during a traffic stop for erratic driving. The report stated that he was weaving
between lanes, speeding occasionally at 10 mph above the posted speed, alternating with

slowing the vehicle's speed. He was unsteady on his feet and had difficulty conversing with

police as he couldn't remember the conversational thread, according to the report, which
also stated that he refused to submit to breath alcohol testing. He was charged with driving

under the influence of alcohol or drugs (surety/cash bond $5,000) and knowingly driving
while license suspended or revoked (surety/cash bond $5,000).

Lisa Ann Clancy, 51, 6615 W. Pahalie Ct., Crystal River, was arrested by the Citrus

Holly Eileen Marie Hockenberry, 39, 222 S. Monroe St., Beverly Hills, was ar-
rested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 3, on a Citrus County warrant for obtain-
ing property by means of a worthless check; bond $2,000.00.
Mitchell James Kelley, 35, Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's
    
Office, Sept. 4, charged with criminal mischief of $200 or less and aggravated assault with
a deadly weapon without intent to kill (total bond $2,500). According to accounts of wit-
   
nesses, the victim and Kelley, Kelley and the victim got into an argument due to a relative

telling Kelley that she suspects the victim of an attempt to burglarize her property, several
