total bond was set at $6,000. The arrest began as a traffic stop in Homosassa for the driver

Verde Pt. Clem gave consent for the vehicle to be searched, and the items were found. He

Jesse Edward Laramee, Jr., 20, 62 S. Columbus St., Beverly Hills, was arrested by
the Citrus County Sheriff's Office in Crystal River, Aug. 19, on an arrest warrant for lewd
and lascivious battery of a 12 to 16 year-old. His bond was set at $20,000.
Michael Thomas Murphree, 32, 3150 N. Page Ave., Hernando, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Aug. 20, charged with possession of a controlled substance
(0.46 gram methamphetamine). His bond was set at $2,000. The arrest came as the result
of a traffic stop at W. Homosassa Trail and S. Michigan Blvd. in Homosassa, for having no
operating tag lamps on the vehicle he was driving. Murphree gave consent for deputies to
search the vehicle, which he said does not belong to him. When Murphree stepped out of

cashing the three checks, all at the same credit union. When deputies contacted Richey, he
first agreed to speak with detectives, but did not, asking instead for an attorney.
