would show it to the deputy so that he (Letos) would not go to jail. The deputy later located
the gun, a M. Napoleon 0.9mm valued at $100, in the location where Letos said it would be.
Letos was placed under arrest, charged with dealing in stolen property. His surety/
cash bond was set at $5,000.
Valenti was also placed under arrest, charged with two counts of grand theft, un-
armed robbery of a conveyance and unarmed burglary of a dwelling. His total bond was set
at $50,000.
