YTS Kindergarten Registration & Roundup
Kindergarten registration for the 2015-16 school year is now open. Parents can
register their students daily Monday through Thursday from 8 am. until 4 pm. Feel free
to call the school office at 352-447-2372. Your child must be five years old, on or before
September 1, 2015. The first day of Levy Schools is August 24th.
Items you will need to bring: Original birth certificate; current shot record, Florida
form 680; current physical record, Florida form 3040, must be within one year; child's
social security card (optional); proof of Levy County residency (copy of lease or rental
agreement, utility bill, etc.); Documents should clearly indicate parent/guardian name(s).
