Two area youths charged with the April 2015 slaying and robbery of 54 year-old
Stephen Gorney of Crystal River, received a jury verdict on Monday afternoon, Aug. 8,
after a week-long jury trial. Bryan Robinson, formerly of 6155 W. Pine Cir., Crystal River,
was found guilty of premeditated murder in the first degree, while Tyzick Wall, formerly of
9520 N. Dunedin Rd., Dunnellon, was found guilty of murder in the second degree with a
deadly weapon (a lesser charge). Robinson and Wall were each found guilty of robbery with
a deadly weapon, and two counts of dealing in stolen property.
