Commission on Monday, August 4, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may

Sailor got into an argument on the front porch. She said that Sailor had pushed her by the neck
and had almost caused her to fall off the porch, which is elevated about 3 feet off the ground.
The woman was about seven and a half months pregnant, according to the report. Two
witnesses corroborated the woman's account. Sailor told the officer that he was about to leave
the residence when the victim and another person got into an argument. He said that he
stepped in to break up the altercation and pushed back the victim in a non aggressive manner,
trying to keep the two women separated. Sailor was placed under arrest on a charge of
aggravated domestivc battery and transported to the Levy County Jail.
The Levy County Sheriff's Office arrested a 53-year-old Lake Worth man, around
4:30 a.m., July 5, after he was called to a Yankeetown residence on 60th St. due to a complaint
of a physical disturbance. The victim stated that Francis Zofay had started an argument with
her over a missing cellular phone and had pushed her, causing her to strike her head against
a bathroom wall, causing a visable knot, the report stated. Zofay stated that he had pushed
the woman away in self defense because she had hit him across the cheek with her hand. The
woman said that she may have hit him, but only after he had pushed her. The victim was
transported to Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center for treatment and Zofay was charged
with domestic battery. Zofay told Dep. Cannon that he and the woman had been drinking beer
on July 4th. His bond was set at $2500.
A 57-year-old Inglis man riding on a bicycle was arrested by the Inglis Police Depart-
ment, June 24, after an officer stopped him when he noticed the bicycle did not have a

headlight. The report stated that the incident occurred around 2:00 a.m. on E. Cason Blvd. near
Debra St., and as the officer and police recruit neared, they saw the Thomas Lee Haney throw
a bag containing 0.2 grams of methamphetamine to the ground. Haney was charged with
