fice, July 6, charged with failure to appear (on a charge of driving while license suspended
or revoked knowingly). Her bond was set at $5,000.
Kristopher Douglas Harder, 33, Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County
Sheriff's Office, July 8, charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation. The report
stated that during an altercation, Harder placed enough pressure on the victim's throat to
cause her to nearly pass out. During the altercation, he is also accused of breaking a tooth of
the victim and a dental partial plate. His bond was set at none. He was additionally arrested
on a warrant for failure to appear (on a charge of possess or use of drug paraphernalia); bond
$2,000.
Jondale R. Winters, 40, Floral City, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Of-
fice, July 9, charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant victim. His bond was set at none.
Ronald Loran Glover, Jr., 30, Crystal River, was arrested by the Citrus County
Sheriff's Office, July 12, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without
intent to kill. His bond was set at $2,000.
Lori Britten Goodman, 52, Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's
Office, July 12, charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon. Her bond was set
at none.
Paul Lawrence Boehm, Jr., 49, homeless in the Lecanto area, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 20, on a warrant/capias for grand theft ($300 or more,
but less than $5,000) and burglary of an unoccupied residence. The arrest report stated,
that upon completion of Citrus County charges, a warrants check was completed, and this
Osceola, FL warrant was revealed. His total bond was set at $4,000. Mr. Boehm was ar-
rested by the CCSO on Oct. 19, 2014, charged with the theft of a 2004 Ford F-350 truck in
Osceola County, FL (bond $2000).
Stephen David Hammer, 30, 5877 S. Bamma Dr., Homosassa, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 20, charged with fraud (illegal use of a credit card).
The report stated that Hammer is accused of using the debit card of a person, without the
person's permission, on July 16, in transactions of $100, $60, $60, $40, and an overdraft fee
of $36; and on July 17 in transactions of $80, $60, $60, $40, and an overdraft fee of $144;
for a total of $680 in the 8 transactions and 2 overdraft fees at the Homosassa Regions Bank.
Upon his arrest, Hammer said he has a severe narcotics addiction, and all the money was
used to purchase narcotics, according to the arrest report.
Shawn Burd, 37, Inglis, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 20,
charged with a moving traffic violation (driving while license suspended, third or subse-
quent offense); bond $1,000.

influence of alcohol, drugs, or chemicals; possession of cannabis wax (less than 20 grams)
and possession of drug paraphernalia (an electronic cigarette with cannabis residue); total
bond $5,000. A traffic stop was made of the vehicle Growdon was driving due to his driving
80 mph in a 55 mph speed zone, in addition to several complaints about Growdon holding a
gun and having a hit and run crash, and that's when the items were found. Growdon refused
to submit to sobriety testing, but breath alcohol testing results were negative.
