Lebanon Station, on the left
you pass a relic from the past that has
been saved and restored by an owner who
had a vision. Most folks pass by in their
usual hurried life and would not venture
out the short drive to the gate to read the
sign that tells that the public is welcome.
This is so opposite to a lot of
our government land bought in the name
of the public today and then posted and
restricted to public entrance, sometimes
forever. The timber over the gate states

part of the boom which took place at the
turn of the century. Visiting this open na-
ture setting is one experience you should
not miss and maybe make it a regular stop
on your ramblings on a lazy day. Usually
the gate is open around 9 AM and closes
before dusk.
The garden/park setting is a ha-
ven of peace and escape from the rushed
