phone to make arrangements with drug dealers. Upon being interviewed Martin confessed
to several of the pawn incidents he was charged with.
James Yacy Jenkins, 46, Dunnellon, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's
Office, July 15, charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation. The report stated that
Jenkins is accused of punching the victim in the face and strangling her during an argument.
The report stated that injuries to the victim's face and throat were visible, and Jenkins had
left the area of the incident. He denied the charges and threatened to sue the sheriff's office
and to break his (Jenkins') arm, while throwing himself against the seat and door of the
patrol car, according to the report. The incident was recorded on the deputy's cell phone, the
report stated.
Carla Marie Payton, 35, Inglis, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office,
July 15, on an out-of-county warrant. Her surety/cash bond was set at $1,500.
John William Perkins, 26, Inglis, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office,
July 16, on an out-of-county warrant. His bond was set at none.
Helen Hall, 28, a white female from Inglis, was placed on the Levy County Sheriff's Office
Most Wanted List, July 20, due to violation of probation (battery); no bond.
Kenny Hunsinger, 20, a white male from Inglis, was placed on the Levy County
Sheriff's Office Most Wanted List, July 20, due to an arrest warrant for violation of proba-
tion (improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon); bond $250.
Randy Gene Concar, Jr., 23, 6030 S. Bamma Dr., Homosassa, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff's Office July 13, charged with 11 counts of possession or distribution
of child pornography, a third degree felony. His total bond was set at $55,000. The arrest
was due to a search warrant being served at Concar's address on May 28. The images were
found on a computer that had P2P software, which is most often used to download and share
pornography. The computer and other software was seized in late May, and the forensic
exam of the electronic equipment was performed on July 9
Theodore Hornaday, 51, Monrovia, IN, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's
Office, July 13, charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation. No bond was given.
Terry Paul Powell, 28, Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's
Office, July 13, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
No bond was given.
James Lloyd Creel, 25, 8668 N. Elmtree Ave., Crystal River, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 13, charged with aggravated battery using a deadly
weapon. His bond was set at $10,000. Deputies arrived at a N. Hearthside Ter., Crystal River
residence due to a call of a possible home invasion with injury. The victim said that three
people had come to his residence, and that he and Creel had gotten into an argument that
became physical. He said that Creel had punched him then hit him on the head with a clay

close the wound (by staples) at a local hospital.The interviews made it clear that no home

structure. Their total bonds were each set at $7,000.The report states that the two are accused
of breaking into a S. Elm St. Homosassa yard on June 29, by prying a wood fence panel
from the fence and taking a golf cart, air compressor and golf cart charger from the carport
area.Boggs was arrested in Homosassa on Jun 30 and gave a verbal account of the incident.
Childree was arrested at a W. Nicholas Ln., Crystal River residence on July 6.
