Regarding the vaginal bruises, Reinhart admitted that she had kicked the victim, slightly
before 8:30 a.m., July 8, when she became frustrated and snapped, because the victim did
not listen to her and would not get dressed, and the three year-old was banging on the door,
trying to get out, which caused her to become more aggravated. She said she’d awakened
the household and they had yelled at her to quiet the children. She admitted that her friends
had cautioned her for being too rough with the children. Due to the agency’s investigation,
