Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 1, charged with selling, manufacturing, delivering or

possessing a controlled substance with intent of selling, manufacturing or delivering it; pos-

      

session of cannabis less than 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her total bond



Christopher Trey Dehart, 21, 2690 E. Center St., Inverness, was arrested by the

   

Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 1, on a Citrus County warrant for trafficking or endeav-

oring to traffic in stolen property (bond $5,000). He was already incarcerated at the Citrus



County Detention Facility on unrelated charges, the report stated.

Ryan A. MacDonald, 29, Hernando, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's



Ofice, July 1, charged with felony battery with one prior conviction for battery ($2,000



bond), felony battery with one prior conviction for battery (no bond) and intentional, unlaw-

ful threat by word or act to do violence to another ($500 bond).



Ryan Brooks Miller, 32, a homeless man who lives in the woods located south of



the Crystal River mall, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 1, charged

with retail petit theft of $100 or less (bond $500). The arrest came as the result of an inves-

tigation into the theft of a three-wheeled bicycle that had been located at the mall that had



a Bell cycle computer, valued at $17.99, that had been stolen from the mall's Rural King



store. Miller admitted to the theft, which had been captured on video surveillance. He was

also arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief of $200 or more, but less than $1,000 and



burglary of an unoccupied structure (total bond $6,000), accused of damaging 23 lock hasps



            

and a chain link fence at Crystal River Self-Storage, located at 645 NE 2nd Ave. (also cap-

   

tured on video surveillance). He was also captured on video surveillance using a bolt cutter

  

in order to remove change from a vending machine at the Sun Plaza Laundromat in Crystal

River, according to the report, but he'd not been located sooner due to his homeless status,

and an arrest report was not immediately available.

John Alexander Barnes, Jr., 45, Dunnellon, was arrested by the Citrus County

Sheriffs' Office, July 2, charged with sexual battery of a person older than 12 using force or

a deadly weapon. His bond was set at none.

    

Jashon Mobley, 31, 8280 W. Balloon Ln., Crystal River, was arrested by the Citrus

County Sheriff's Office, July 2, charged with auto theft (bond $2,000). He's accused of

   

taking a white 2014 Nissan Maxima from a W. Arms Dr., Crystal River residence that was



on loan from the Eagle Buick GMV dealership in Crystal River. A deputy on patrol located
