$2,500. The complainant told deputies that Decouer had grabbed her right arm with his Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 2, charged with two counts of felony possession of a
hand and pushed her out of a doorway, after drinking wine. The complainant stated that, controlled substance (1.5 gms cocaine and 1.1 gms heroin). His total bond was set at $4,000.

rus County Sheriff's Office, July 1, on a Hillsborough County, FL warrant for fleeing/elud-
ing law enforcement officer with disregard for safety; bond $7,500.
Christina Marie Dalton, 22, 1049 S. Pam Ave., Homosassa, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 1, charged with selling, manufacturing, delivering or
possessing a controlled substance with intent of selling, manufacturing or delivering it; pos-
session of cannabis less than 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her total bond
was set at $7,000.
Christopher Trey Dehart, 21, 2690 E. Center St., Inverness, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 1, on a Citrus County warrant for trafficking or endeav-
oring to traffic in stolen property (bond $5,000). He was already incarcerated at the Citrus
County Detention Facility on unrelated charges, the report stated.
Ryan A. MacDonald, 29, Hernando, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's
Ofice, July 1, charged with felony battery with one prior conviction for battery ($2,000
bond), felony battery with one prior conviction for battery (no bond) and intentional, unlaw-
ful threat by word or act to do violence to another ($500 bond).
Ryan Brooks Miller, 32, a homeless man who lives in the woods located south of
the Crystal River mall, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 1, charged
with retail petit theft of $100 or less (bond $500). The arrest came as the result of an inves-
tigation into the theft of a three-wheeled bicycle that had been located at the mall that had

taking a white 2014 Nissan Maxima from a W. Arms Dr., Crystal River residence that was
