residue), with his total bond set at $3,000. The arrest came as the result of a traffic stop in

Floral City for driving without headlights at a time (8:18 pm) they were required to be on.

The search was conducted because a trained K9 had alerted to the presence of narcotics in

the vehicle. Anspaugh was also issued a warning citation for the driving infraction. A friend

    

arrived to drive Anspaugh's vehicle, so that it wouldn't be towed.

Sasha May Anderson-Mauldin, 32, 9394 CR 622 G, Bushnell, FL, was arrested by
