United States. I only heard
the conclusion that the His-
panic race would be the
largest minority in the year 2050 and the
United States would be a “minority ma-
jority”. For the first time since the USA
was born the Caucasian race will not hold
a majority in population. The NBC news-

in the Hispanic population from 2000

in numbers to 132.8 million by the year
2050. African-Americans increased in
numbers by 12.3% and whites by 5.7% in
the same time frame.
I feel like I am always paddling
against the tide these days. I hear so many
political and social commentaries blather-
