cording to Bettin, "The suspension stays in effect until theare resolved,

Commissioner White told The Newscaster, "I have no intention of signing off on

only after a guilty verdict on a misdemeanor or felony.
White s attorney Steve Crawford of Tampa said, "We look forward to our day in
court and it would be inappropriate to comment further."
