Fireworks in Inglis
There will be fireworks in Inglis this year after all, thanks to a gracious dona-
tion by Bill and Debbie Bachschmidt of D.A.B. Constructors. Mr. and Mrs. Bachschmidt
wanted to make sure that Inglis had the celebration that so many in our community look
forward to each year. Fireworks will be Friday, July 3rd, 2009 at the Buddy Risher Sports
Complex and they will start at dark. South Levy Little League will be selling refreshments.

Inglis 4th of July Old Fashioned Picnic and Pageant
An Old Fashioned Picnic and Patriotic Pageant on Saturday, July 4th at the Inglis
Community Center. The day s activities will kick off at 10am with the Patriotic Pageant
(entrants will need to check in by 9:30am). This year there will be five age groups; 0-1 year
olds, Tiny Miss & Mr. Firecracker, 2-3 years old, Mini Miss & Mr. Firecracker, 4-6 year
olds, Little Miss & Mr. Firecracker, 7-10 year olds, Junior Miss & Mr. Firecracker and 11-12
year olds, Miss & Mr. Firecracker. Registration forms can be picked up at the Inglis Town
Hall or Food Ranch.

from the local businesses and the community. Sponsors will be listed at the event.

to Tallahassee or elsewhere to hear of agency plans for Inglis. A spokesperson for the Dept.
of Greenways and Trails said it would have to start budgeting for such expense.
It has since been learned that the air conditioner is to be kept on constantly as the
floors were starting to buckle.
