The detective spoke with Yermal at his residence on June 11. He initially denied

image from the thumb drive, Yerman stated that his fingerprints may be on the thumb drive
because it had been in his desk, the report stated. He later admitted that the thumb drive was
his, that he’d gotten it with a laptop he’d purchased, several years previous. He said that
he’d placed the images on the thumb drive, several years ago, and had viewed the files on
both his and the church’s laptop computers at his residence.
