crime free and demonstrating continued academic achievement, the STEPS recipient will re-
ceive $4000 for tuition and fees at the College of Central Florida. Carol Runnels Sullivan
one of the donors makes the presentation to Foster and Alyssa. The other donor is Eleanor
Hutchinson.
YTS Drama Club presentations - very entertaining!
Yankeetown School Drama Club Productions presented two short plays to stu-
dents of Yankeetown School and their parents, May 17, in the school auditorium. The plays,
A People Story and Red Writing Hood, were presented in three performances: 8:15 a.m.,
9:15 a.m., and again at 6:30 p.m. Each performance was considered a smash hit. The cast
of both plays included Drama Club members Chamberlain Kint, Crystal Risher, Devin
Bergdoll, Jessica Flores, Summer Bell, and Dali Kolozsy
During the first play, “A People Story,” the stage was set for a spooky night in the
woods. The cast donned monster costumes and portrayed how fearful monster campers
were of people and their customs, including the terrifying audience!
“Red Writing Hood,” the second play, included the same drama club members, but
