Ten year old Mackenzie Ruble was living a dream this past week at Hunters Spring Park in



Crystal River according to her mother Kirsten Ruble. This gal had a fascination with mermaids



and one of her birthday gifts was the tail she had hoped for. These mermaid suits look very



realistic and perform just like the real mermaid suits at Weeki Wachee Springs. Mackenzie



even got to pick out the color of her suit, which actually matched her bold blue eyes. Once



sliding into the water, she acclimated herself to the cool waters of this popular long time

swimming hole and took on the task of learning the tricks of swimming with her new tail. She

did an awesome job of mastering the actions and was eventually swimming out to the spring

in deeper water. She has become very popular with all the kids at the park when she shows up
