Memorial Day In Homosassa
Inglis marked its Memorial Day service at the park with a parade and dedication to Walter

Homosassa River Garden Club, VFW Post 8189, AMVETS post 89 and VFW Auxiliary held a joint
Memorial Day Observance at Stage Stand Cemetery on Memorial Day. VFW District Commander
R P Johnson led the services which included raising of the flags, Auxiliary President Roger
Ingalls offered a prayer. The Homosassa River Garden Club led by Vice President Patty Steck
provided 300 flags which were placed next to the veteran's grave sites by members of all
service groups. Other officials present include Amvets Post 89 Commander Jerry Webb, Am-
vets First Vice Commander Floyd Blodgett, and Past All State VFW Commander Ron Houilhan.

in USA , embroidered stars, all weather flags available. We are supporting the Old Homo-
sassa Veteran s Memorial. They make a great gift and we would love to see one in every
