amount of $2,270.
Christopher Scott Allen, 41, Inglis, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Of-
fice, April 21, charged with possession of marijuana less than 20 grams. The arrest occurred
during a traffic stop in Yankeetown for driving 43 mph in a 35 mph speed zone. When the
deputy noticed a knife on the center console,the report stated, he ordered the two occupants
out of the vehicle. The deputy found a smoking pipe with a blue straw taped to it that con-
tained approximately 2 grams of marijuana. The deputy also found rolling papers, along
with a plastic hose fitting and a socket that both contained burnt marijuana residue.
Richard Lee Chester, Jr., 56, Hernando, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County
Sheriff's Office, April 17, charged with felony domestic battery and false imprisonment.
