enforcement blitz that delivers on the message, Click It or Ticket. Florida reached a record

CFCC Gets Refund From County   a pleasant
Central Florida Community College officials at the Lecanto Campus got
surprise the other day when Citrus County Commissioner Gary Bartell delivered a check
for about $52,000. The money was payback of the extra portion for water and sewer lines
beyond its share that the college paid about 10 years ago to get the services from the county.
As others hooked up to the lines and paid their fees as time went on, the reimbursement for
CFCC s extra share increased and the county finally refunded the overage in full.

BP phone number to call for business loss claims due to oil spill
The Citrus County office of Emergency Management told the county commission
Tuesday that BP has set up a 24 hour, 7-days-a-week 800 phone number through which busi-
nesses can call and make a claim if they feel they have been impacted by the oil spill.
At this point, for example, an RV park, motel or guide/tourism service may have
people canceling reservations because they think the oil will be affecting the county’s shore-
line, offshore environment or the fishing industry. The BP number for such businesses to call

is 1-800-440-0858. There is more information on page 8.
