Jeremy Martin Phillips, 27, 3684 E. Hilite Ct., Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus

County Sheriff's Office, May 13, charged with retail petit theft of $100 of less. His bond

was set at $500. The report stated that Phillips is accused of taking a set of Legos (building

toy) valued at $79 from the Lecanto Walmart without paying for the item. The incident was
reviewed on surveillance, which also showed that Phillips had made a refund transaction
   
just prior to the shoplifting incident, so he was identified by his driver's license information.
He was later located at Coach's Pub, 114 W. Main St. Inverness, where he was taken into

custody.

William Leon McLay, 46, 721 Shelly Ter., Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus
County Sheriff's Office, May 10, on a fugitive from justice warrant from Howard County,

Indiana, with his bond set at none.
