City Inverness-“Rock the Block” Concert
What a better way to start a Memorial Day Weekend than to start it with a memo-
rable night of FREE activities!
Friday, May 24th from 6-11pm, the Inverness courthouse square will be trans-
formed into an outdoor entertainment experience you won’t want to miss. Where else can
you enjoy live music of four bands, while trying your skill at Rock Climbing or on a Bungee
Trampoline? For those wishing to keep their feet on the ground, just sit back and enjoy the
rockin’ tunes of Mighty Mongo, UNRB, This Day’s Age and The Hollywood Kills bands.
Thanks to Tobacco Free Florida all these activities: music, rock climbing, bungee
trampoline and face painting are brought to you absolutely FREE. And, for those who might
build up an appetite or need to quench their thirst, there will be food vendors as well as the
downtown business restaurants ready to satisfy your needs.
It’s an Inverness Rock the Block that can take you to a whole new level, all you
need to do is come on down and join us. Brought to you by Tobacco Free Florida and City
Inverness. Call 352-726-2611, Ext 1304.
