to Webster's credit card being declined. She told motel staff members that she would get
cash from her room, but instead, locked herself in her room. When she finally allowed depu-

to gather her belongings and vacate the room, she became hostile and made an aggressive
motion toward the deputy. When the deputy attempted to place her into handcuffs, the report
stated, Webster attempted to grab his taser. Enroute to the Citrus County Detention Facility,
Webster began hyperventilating, and the deputy pulled over for medics to evaluate Webster,
who was deemed stable.
James Howard Rosen, 61, 8975 W. Halls River Rd. #207, Homosassa, was arrested
by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, May 10, charged with grand theft of $300 or more,
but less than $5,000. His bond was set at $5,000. The report stated that a neighbor had ap-
proached Rosen, earlier in the day, regarding a Fed-Ex package in Rosen's utility shed that
