On April 10th, the YTS staff showed their appreciation for the people that put their free time
in at the school. These volunteers work in classrooms, on special events, or are at school on
a daily basis. Invitations were sent to 112 people that have worked in some area (or more
than one area) during the school year. The PTO, Pigeon Key Science Trip, Safety Patrol, Read
Across America, teachers, and the principal turned in names of volunteers and the staff pro-
vided desserts for this special occasion. Volunteers-the Heartbeat of YTS.
