NOTICE OF TRANSMITTAL
PUBLIC HEARING OF PROPOSED
AMENDMENTS TO THE LEVY COUNTY
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
THE PUBLIC IS HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Board of County Commissioners of
Levy County, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday April 22, 2008, at 6:30 p.m., in the
Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, 355 South Court Street, Bronson,
Florida to consider, PROPOSED EAR-BASED AMENDMENTS TO THE GOALS, OB-
JECTIVEAND POLICIES OF THE LEVY COUNTYCOMPREHENSIVE PLAN.
For more information regarding the proposed amendments contact the Levy County
Planning Department by phone at 352-486-5405. The Planning Department is located at
380 South Court Street, Bronson, Florida, and is open for business between the hours
of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Interested parties may appear at the
meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed amendments.
Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person deciding to appeal any deci-
sion made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or at any
subsequent meeting to which the Board has continued its deliberations is advised that
such person will need a record of all proceedings and may need to ensure that a
verbatim record of all proceedings is made, which must include the testimony and
evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
