opened and read aloud. Bids will be awarded May 14, 2012 at Council’s 7:00pm Regular Meeting.
The work consists of:

Pressure washing and painting the entire exterior surface of an 11,000 square foot two (2)
and three (3) story building as well as the screened in area under the building.

All seams and around windows are to be caulked with superior quality caulk.
3.
All exterior walls and screened in area under the building are to be painted with high
