Rails-to-Trails Conservancy an-
nounced last week the Withlacoochee
State Trail will be featured as one of 10
destination trails nationwide in Trail
Traveler, a newly launched digital maga-

List features multi-use trails chosen for
their scenic beauty, historical and cultural
attractions, welcoming communities and
suitability for most ages and abilities.
Trail Traveler aims to inspire
recreational travelers to go exploring
outdoors by taking full advantage of the
digital platform. Editor Laura Stark ex-
plains, "If you see a trail you like, you can
click the links for our lodging and travel
recommendations as you read along, and
have your whole trip booked by the time
you finish the article, so it s very practi-
cal, too."
The theme of the inaugural is-
sue is weekend getaways and several of
the stories include detailed itineraries and
maps that pinpoint recommended places
to eat, stay, visit, and rent bicycles. Each
