stop was made on a vehicle at the Inverness RaceTrac, located at 2120 Colonade St., due
to the driver, Mr. Angle, failing to maintain a single lane. The report stated that Mr. Angle
showed signs of intoxication, admitted he'd consumed alcohol and performed poorly on
roadside sobriety testing. His breath alcohol levels were 0.051 and 0.046. He was also is-
sued a DUI traffic citation, a citation for having an open container (a beverage that smelled
of alcohol) and a written warning for failing to maintain a single lane.
