said that he's addicted to methamphetamine and that he'd used the drug before committing the
burglaries and had used the additional cash from the burglaries to purchase more metham-
phetamine. He was charged with three counts of burglary to a structure, one count of grand
theft, two counts of petit theft and three counts of criminal mischief. His total bond was set at
$12,250.
In an additional arrest report, Thrasher was questioned about two Feb. 13 thefts in
Crystal River. One was a theft at the Typhoon Restaurant in Crystal River, where the back door
had been pried open and $3 in change had been taken from the cash register. Thrasher
admitted to the burglary and stated that he'd driven to the restaurant in the early morning
hours. He was charged with one count of burglary of a structure, one count of criminal
mischief and one count of petit thert. His bond was set at $3500 on the second set of charges.
Thrasher also admitted guilt in a burglary that had taken place at La Casa Dinorma on
Feb. 13, where he'd pried open the back door and gone inside. However, no money had been
left in the cash register when the restaurant had closed. On this burglary, Thrasher was
charged with one count of burglary and one count of criminal mischief. His bond was set at
$3250.
During the interviews, Thrasher gave detectives permission to search his vehicle.
Numerous items were located "that were posssibly related to numerous burglaries through-
