a volunteer program with the Florida Department of Elder Affairs for one-on-one counsel-
ing. SHINE provides free, unbiased and confidential assistance. If you cannot come to a
site call the Elder Helpline at 1-800-262-2243to be referred to a volunteer. SHINE will be

LCREC annual Lincoln/Reagan Dinner, April 23
In lieu of the Yankeetown-Inglis Republican Club April meeting, the club will be
joining the Levy County Rebublican Executive Committee in its annual Lincoln/Reagan
Dinner on Friday, April 23, 6:30 p.m., at the Tommy Usher Center in Chiefland. The meal
will consist of pulled BBQ brisket with sides and dessert. The speaker will be Rick Tyler,
who has worked with former Speaker Newt Gingrich. Tickets are available for $35 per

Inglis VFW Community Service Day, April 24
Gilley-Long-O’Steen VFW Post #8698, Hwy. 40E, Inglis, invites the public to

your family and enjoy a morning of learning about your safety and your community - and
