and Co2 bottles valued at $68.69 on April 7 at the Lecanto Walmart; bond $500. The other
arrest was for grand theft ($300 or more but less than $5,000) for taking an I-Phone 6, an
I-Phone 5 and an I-Pod Touch with a combined value of $1,269 from the Lecanto Walmart
on April 10; bond $2,500. The report stated that Alvarez was accompanied by another male
during the two thefts.
Jordan Lowell Foley, 19, 4323 S. Culver Ter., Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus
County Sheriff's Office, April 9, charged with possession of a controlled substance (31.1
grams of cannabis, a felony amount). His bond was set at $2,000. The arrest came as the re-
sult of a traffic stop in Inverness at E. Blue Heron Ln. and S. Swallow Ave. The report stated
that the smell of cannabis was strong during the traffic stop and that Foley had a plastic bag
in his pocket containing the cannabis and another bag, also in his pocket, that contained 4
oxycodone 10 pills. Foley told the deputies that the pills did not belong to him, that he'd
borrowed the pants about a week previously.
Troy James Shannon, 28, 2800 E. Dove Ct., Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus
