terested individuals. Participants who attend the entire session will receive a Certificate of
Completion that is required for the SHIP and Neighborhood Stabilization Programs.
The class encompasses the entire home buying process including preparing your
credit and finances, shopping for a home, home inspection, fair housing, available loan
products, loan pre-approval, and closing. A variety of industry professionals will present
and answer questions throughout the session.
The class will be held 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m. on Saturday, May 4 at the Citrus County
Resource Center located at 2804 W. Marc Knighton Ct. Lecanto, FL 34461. Please call
