Man Survives
Bad Crash on
U.S. 19 N.
According to FHP Trooper Woods,
last Wednesday morning at 11:20 AM Jor-
dan T Prader, 19, of Panama City Beach
was traveling south on Hwy 19 in the left
lane near Cannon Pasture Rd in a 1999 two
door Chevrolet car. The car veered left and
entered the grass median. Steered right at-
tempting to travel back onto the paved road-
way, over corrected and traveled across both
southbound lanes of Hwy 19. Began to ro-
tate counter clockwise and struck a drainage
ditch and struck the earthen embankment
and finally a tree before coming to rest. The
wreck occurred just north of the Levy Coun-
ty Ambulance and Sheriff’s Sub-station
north of Inglis. Prader was flown via Shands
Care to Shands Hospital in Gainesville.
A call to Shands Sunday night got a
report from a family member that Jordan is
in stable condition with two fractures in his
neck, small fractures in his shoulder, broken
rib, bruised and cut but has been up walking.
