A public hearing on the proposed Ordinance will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2013
at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard, in Courtroom A, Levy County
Courthouse, 355 South Court Street, Bronson. The county commission will take public
comment on extending the current time from 12 midnight to 2 am. This would involve the
unincorporated areas of Levy County.
All interested parties may appear at the public hearing and be heard with respect
to the proposed ordinance. Copies of the Ordinance may be obtained by any member of
the public at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located at 355 South Court
Street, Bronson, Florida, during regular business hours or contact by phone at (352) 486-
