Roseann Mae Traut, 47, 18661 SW 49th Place, Dunnellon, was issued a Notice to
Appear citation by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, March 22, accused of petit retail theft
(value less than $100) from the Lecanto Walmart. The report stated that Traut is accused
of using lower-priced barcodes for several items when using the self checkout. The report
stated that she paid $33.68 less than she should have paid for the items.
Doris Esther White, 63, 7320 E. April Ct., Floral City, was issued a Notice to Ap-
pear by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, March 22, accused of cruelty to animals. The
report stated that a Citrus County property appraiser reported numerous animals inside the
residence and on the property, some of which were possibly injured, and mail piling up,
piles of garbage thrown all over the property and a odor coming from the residence and
