Richard Henry Silverberg, 60, St. Augustine, FL, was arrested by the Citrus Coun-
ty Sheriff's Office, March 20, charged with (misdemeanor) driving under the influence with
Dale Vernon Morgan 62, Inglis, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, property damage (bond $1,000).
Nicholas Chad Smith, 36, Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's
March 13, on an out of county warrant, with his bond set at none.
John Mack Wright, 25, Inglis, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Office, March 20, charged with trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property and
petit theft (value less than $100), with her bond set at $5,500. Being arrested placed Mr.
March 15, charged with violation of probation, with his bond set at none.
Anthony James Gemmola, 32, 409 Violet Ln., Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus Smith in violation of his probation (Feb. 23, 2017 - Aug. 15, 2017) from Citrus County for
County Sheriff's Office, March 17, on two warrants from Sumter County. One was for two petit theft, so he was additionally charged with violation of probation, with his bond set at
counts of selling, manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance with the intent to sell, none.
Robert Patrick Swain, Jr., 18, 6615 W. Pelican Ln., Homosassa, was arrested by
manufacture or deliver; and of keeping a place for using or selling a controlled substance
($21,000 bond). A second Sumter warrant was for two counts of possession of cannabis with the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, March 20, on a Citrus County warrant for possession of
a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and possession of drug
intent to sell, and maintaining a public nuisance or drug house ($6,000 bond).
Charles William Davis, Jr., 31, 3611 E. Sutter Ln., Inverness, was arrested by the paraphernalia (bond $3,000).
Nathan Glynn Carfagno, 30, Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County Sher-

fice, March 19, charged with misdemeanor battery (bond $1,000).

Office, March 19, charged with possession of a controlled substance (bond $2,000).
Alan William Brewster, 55, Inglis, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Of-

Matthew John Gord, 26, Beverly Hills, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's
Office, March 20, charged with grand theft ($300 or more, but less than $5,000), burglary of
an unoccupied structure, and burglary of an unoccupied conveyance (bond $12,000). Gord
is accused of entering a garage on E. Spruce Dr. in Dunnellon, and also entering a vehicle
parked inside the garage and taking a woman's purse (valued at $400) which contained the
victim's debit cards, along with a case of beer (valued at $15). Items taken had a total value
of $431.95, which included a purchase of gas at the Murphy gas station in Ocala in the
amount of $16.95, in which Murphy was identified as the suspect in the video surveillance.

she was asking customers for money and rides. Morgan told the deputy that she was not
bothering anyone, that she was waiting for a ride. The deputy informed Morgan, that if she
came back onto the property, she would be arrested. Morgan left the area, but the manager
contacted the deputy, about 25 minutes later, with the information that Morgan had returned.
The deputy returned and placed her under arrest.
