Nature photographer Myrna Bradshaw has won Best of Show at the Sumter County Fair with
"Bison in a Frosted Meadow," a haunting color image of a lone bison that appears almost in
black and white due to its wintry surroundings. It is the third consecutive year she has taken
Best of Show in this annual county fair competition. The achievement comes on the heels of
two other top prizes taken by Bradshaw at the 2013 Florida Wildlife Federation Photo Contest.
These are her amazing "Gator Surfing" image of a crane riding the back of an alligator, which
won first place in the Bird Behavior Category, and her "Solitary Sunset," which earned first
place in the Sunrise/Sunset Category.More of Bradshaw's work can be seen at the Florida Art-
ists Gallery & Café located in the historic Knight House at 8219 Orange Avenue in Floral City.
