ville County (Indiana) warrant on an original charge of violation of probation (receiving



stolen property). His bond was set at none.

Jason Morgan Roe, 37, 3155 E. Buckskin Ln., Hernando, was arrested by the Cit-



rus County Sheriff's Office, March 19, after a deputy arrived at N. Stetson Ter., in response



to a report of a suspicious person, to find Roe leaning on a neighbor's fence, shaking it

aggressively. Roe told the deputy he must have been sleepwalking. The only identification

he had was an inmate release identification number. Roe told the deputy that he was in pos-



session of marijuana, and he was taken into custody. However, at the jail, he decided he'd



rather be issued a Notice to Appear instead of arrested, so he resisted the deputy and eventu-

 

ally had to be pepper sprayed by a corrections officer. Roe was charged with battery of a law

enforcement officer and possession of marijuana (total bond $6,000).




