Matthew Paul Solley, Jr., 22, 61 S. Jackson St., Beverly Hills, was arrested by the
Florida Highway Patrol, March 12, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol,
drugs, or chemicals (bond $1,000). The arrest report stated, that when Mr. Solley was leav-
ing the Shell gas station at the intersection of CR 491 and CR 486 in Lecanto, he traveled
north on CR 491 at speeds up to 70 mph, and was weaving between lanes. After the truck
turned right onto Roosevelt Blvd., the trooper made a traffic stop on the truck. The trooper
reported that Solley, the driver, showed signs of intoxication, and there were open beer cans
inside the vehicle. During roadside sobriety testing, Solley performed poorly and was taken
into custody.
Matthew John Gord, 26, Beverly Hills, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's
Office, March 13, charged with (misdemeanor) driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs
or chemicals. His bond was set at $1,000.
Dwayne Marcus Heater, 45, Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County Sher-
iff's Office, March 13, charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at
none.
Donald Jason Little, 36, Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Of-
fice, March 13, charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation and domestic battery.
His bond was set at none.
Robert Lewis Millard, 34, 6355 S. Florida Ave., Floral City, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff's Office, March 13, on a Sumter County warrant for violating an in-
junction for protection against domestic violence and domestic battery. His bond was set at
none.
