deputy noticed a vehicle speeding in the area of South Run for the Roses Dr. and E. Gulf

speed limit and went back and forth between speeding and driving slowly, so the deputy
performed a traffic stop. Ms. Glidden was the driver. The deputy reported that a smell of
alcohol coming from Ms. Glidden intensified when she spoke, her speech was slurred, and
her eyes were watery and glassy. Ms. Glidden submitted to roadside sobriety testing and
performed poorly. At the jail, her breath alcohol test results were 0.215 and 0.220, much
greater than the legal limit of 0.08.
