drug paraphernalia. His total bond was set at $3,000. The items were 1 gm. methamphet-
amine, 2 marijuana pipes, 3 methamphetamine pipes, 1 tin foil boat' and 1 pack of rolling

papers. The arrest came as the result of an investigation by the Department of Children and
Families (DCF).

Richard B. Wilger, 65, Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Of-
fice, March 11, charged with the lewd and lascivious molestation of an elderly or disabled

person. His bond was set at $5,000.
On March 12, 24 year-old Benjamin Dick of Crystal River accepted a plea offer

of life in prison with the Florida Dept. of Corrections. Dick was prosecuted for killing his
mother, in early April of 2014, by choking and stabbing her. He then buried her body in a

shallow grave near a homeless camp in Crystal River. During the same incident, he also got
into an argument with his brother and stabbed him, but he did not kill his brother.
   



failure to maintain a single lane. The report also stated that Faircloth had two unspecified
arrest warrants from Taylor County.
