Hall, FEMA, SWFWMD, and Chris Fineout will present information on the new Flood
Insurance Rate Maps. Some people will be pleasantly surprised because the map may have
rezoned their area and lowered the predicted extent of flooding, their insurance should go
down. Some of us may not be so lucky. Anyone living in a flood plain should attend for the
latest info or questions about insurance.
Garbage - The Council has planned a workshop to revisit the garbage issue on
March 22nd at 7:00 at the Lion’s Club. Garbage is essentially mandatory if you own a home
in Yankeetown, however there are exemptions. Happy St Patrick’s Day, Good Night and

Census Job Fair in Bronson
The U.S. Census Bureau is hosting an all-day JOB FAIR in Bronson to encourage
local residents to come and find out how exciting and fulfilling these temporary Census
jobs can be. The CENSUS JOB FAIR will be held at the Bronson Town Hall on Hathaway
Street, on Friday, March 19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The complete application process for
each job can be completed at the Job Fair. Bring your Social Security Card (or current
